Artikel bertujuan mengungkap kebermakanaan hidup dari perseteruan tiada berujung film kartun Tom And Jerry. Hal ini penting dilakukan guna memberi referensi bagaimana mencari sisi positif dari sesuatu yang banyak dipersepsikan negatif. Riset ini merupakan setting kualitatif atas fenomena film kartun Tom and Jerry. Penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa makna hidup akan ditemukan bila seseorang fokus pada pikiran positif, dan secara bersamaan mengabaikan unsur negative. kebermaknaan hidup dari serial kartun Tom and Jerry meliputi: Jadilah tim Kompak, Berbagi itu penting, cara pendekatan yang tepat, kegagalan awal kesuksesan, tetap optimis meski situasi terjepit, persahabatan hadiah terbaik, bersyukur kunci kebahagiaan, membangun kepercayaan, nikmati setiap momen bahagia, jangan pernah menyerah, ukuran bukan jaminan segalanya, keyakinan kunci keberhasilan, jangan kering ide, rukun itu indah, dan curiga boleh, jangan su’uddzan.
