Abstract

The present study deals with the anatomy and dynamics of curricular arrangement in order to uncover components determining educational achievement. The problem being addressed is that curricula are generally viewed as administrative papers rather than systematic frameworks combining goals, content, pedagogy and outcomes. Misalignment across these domains can impair learning. The study aims at explaining how curriculum design and execution interact with learner needs, school setting and societal demands to lead to effective education. The research is based on a descriptive qualitative method. It is a synthesis of the results of literature studies and content analysis of the components of the core curriculum and its implementation dynamics. Findings reveal that a coherent, flexible, and aligned curriculum organization across design and practice stages is critical for educational achievement. The important factors for better learning outcomes are clear and relevant goals, context appropriate information, learner-centred teaching styles and continuous assessment. In addition, curriculum that adjust to social change, technology innovations and various learner demands are more effective in education. Systemic alignment and adaptability are identified in the study as crucial levers to enhance the impact of the program.
