Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh kemampuan teknologi informasi guru, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru selama pembelajaran jarak jauh saat pandemi Covid-19 pada SMP Negeri di Wilayah Selatan Kecamatan Pemalang. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 88 responden dari jumlah populasi 113. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Teknik Pengolahan data dengan system analisis regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasim, Uji t ( Parsial ) dan Uji F (Simultan). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa  kemampuan IT guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri di Pemalang. Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, makin  baik motivasi kerja guru maka akan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.
