Pengaruh Human, Organization, dan Technology terhadap Keberhasilan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit RSUD Drs. Jacobus Luna Kabupaten Bengkayang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Human, Organization, and Technology factors to the success of the Hospital Information System (HIS) in Drs. Jacobus Luna, M.Si Hospital Bengkayang Regency This research employed a quantitative method using a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results show that simultaneously the Human, Organization, and Technology variables have a significant effect on the success of SIMRS, with an F-value of 87.173. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.773 indicates that 77.3% of the variation in SIMRS success can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study. Partially, the Human and Technology variables have a positive and significant effect on the success of SIMRS, whereas the Organization variable does not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that human resources and technology factors play a more dominant role in supporting the successful implementation of SIMRS.
