Pengembangan Organisasi pada Institusi Pendidikan: Studi Literatur Review

Organizational development in educational institutions is an important aspect in improving the quality and sustainability of educational organizations amid dynamic changes and technological advancements. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the development of educational organizations, particularly from the perspective of human resource management. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by identifying, selecting, and synthesizing 27 relevant scientific articles published between 2020 and 2026. Data were obtained through searches in Google Scholar. The selection process was conducted systematically through identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages. The results indicate that human resource management, organizational leadership, and organizational culture significantly influence the performance and effectiveness of educational organizations. In addition, adaptation to digital transformation also plays an important role in supporting organizational sustainability. These findings highlight the importance of integrated human resource management strategies, adaptive leadership, and the effective use of technology in enhancing the competitiveness of educational institutions. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of educational organizations.
