This study aims to identify potential hazards, assess risk levels, and provide control recommendations to prevent work accidents at CV. Sarana Sejahtera Tehnik. The Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method with qualitative and quantitative approaches was used. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews, and risk analysis was performed based on likelihood and consequence criteria, then mapped in a risk matrix. The study identified 9 potential hazards: 3 in cutting, 3 in welding, and 3 in painting processes, including mechanical, physical, electrical, and chemical hazards, with risk levels from low to high. High-risk hazards were found in painting activities, particularly exposure to paint spray, while most others were low to moderate. The study highlights the importance of safety measures, such as personal protective equipment, proper ventilation, and worker training. Prioritizing preventive actions for high-risk activities can minimize incidents. These findings provide a practical framework for hazard identification and risk assessment, enhance occupational health and safety standards, and support informed decision-making to create a safer working environment.
