Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance control of the Tourism Support Building Project in Pamona Puselemba District using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach based on project data, including cost budget plans, work schedules, and project progress reports. The analysis focuses on key EVM indicators such as BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, SV, CV, SPI, and CPI to assess project performance in terms of time and cost. The results show that in the early stage (week 5), the project experienced delays despite cost savings, indicating inefficiency in performance. However, in the later stage (week 11), the project demonstrated significant improvement with better time performance and higher cost efficiency. The EVM method proved effective in identifying deviations and predicting project completion outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of EVM provides a comprehensive evaluation tool for improving project control and decision-making in construction projects.
